RNR Agro Group is an Uzbekistan-based producer of dried vegetables, herbs and vegetable ingredients.

Since 2016, we have been developing a production process focused on careful handling at every stage — from raw material intake and preparation to drying, sorting and final packing.

Our production process includes washing, manual sorting, steam treatment, blanching, three-stage drying, cooling, optical sorting and metal detection.

This structured process helps us control product quality and cleanliness throughout the key stages of production.

Control at Every Stage

The quality of a finished ingredient starts with a well-managed production process.

Our products pass through consecutive stages of preparation, processing, drying, sorting and control before final packing.

Production stages

How Our Products Are Made

  1. 03 — Manual Sorting

    Products move along the conveyor line for visual inspection, sorting and selection.

  2. 01 — Raw Material Intake

    Selected raw materials arrive at the production facility and undergo an initial inspection before further processing.

  3. 02 — Primary Washing

    After intake, the raw materials are thoroughly washed and prepared for the next production stages.

  4. 04 — Secondary Washing

    After sorting, the products undergo an additional hydro-washing stage before further processing.

  5. 05 — Steam Treatment & Peeling

    The raw material is treated with steam before peeling and preparation for the next production stage.

  6. 06 — Post-Peeling Inspection

    After peeling, the products undergo an additional inspection before further processing.

  7. 07 — Blanching

    Prepared raw materials are treated with high-temperature steam as part of the technological process.

  8. 08 — Three-Stage Drying

    The products enter drying tunnels and pass through consecutive stages of moisture reduction.

  9. 09 — Cooling

    After drying, the finished product undergoes a controlled cooling stage.

  10. 10 — Optical Sorting

    The dried products pass through optical sorting equipment for additional inspection and removal of unwanted particles.

  11. 11 — Metal Detection

    Before packing, the products pass through a metal detection control stage.

  12. 12 — Packing & Warehousing

    Products that have completed the control stages are packed and transferred to the finished-goods warehouse.
